Privacy policy
Last updated August 2026
This policy explains what happens to the personal information you send through this website. GTSR Solutions is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) in how it handles that information.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the enquiry form, and only when you submit it.
- Your name and email address, which are required so we can reply
- Your phone number and business name, if you choose to give them
- What you are planning, your rough timeframe, and how you heard about us
- Whatever you write in the message field
What it does not collect
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no chat widget and no third-party scripts of any kind. It sets no tracking cookies. The one thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, which stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
Reading this site leaves us with nothing about you. Only submitting the form does.
What we use it for
Replying to you, and continuing the conversation if you want one. That is the entire purpose.
We do not add enquirers to a mailing list, we do not sell or share contact details, and we do not use enquiries to build a marketing profile.
Where it is stored, and for how long
Enquiries are stored in Australia, in the Sydney region (ap-southeast-2), on infrastructure we control. Access is limited to the people who need to answer you.
We keep enquiries for two years so we can pick up a conversation that paused, then delete them. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead
Those messages sit with the provider carrying them, under that provider’s terms, in the same way any email or message does. We treat their contents the same way as a form submission: used to reply to you, not for anything else.
Seeing, correcting or deleting what we hold
Email hello@GTSRSolutions.com.au and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. There is no charge and no form to fill in.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
